• June 5, 2018:
  • Certificates
    • Only the Professional Certificate is required to has 20 points ESE and 120 points total for reconciliation; all other certificates and types are managed through user input.
    • The Audit Certificate allows for the removal of points from a specific time period, linked to points awarded.
    • The Professional Certificate and Audit Certificate may not overlap with any other eligibility period from another Professional Certificate or Audit Certificate; all other certificates and eligibility periods are independent from other certificates.
  • Mass Enroll Users
    • Allows users to be managed for a session by pasting email addresses, including: adding to the roster and moving from the Waiting List
  • Yearly Events by Component Number
    • Authorized users can run a report that includes all events for a given year, organized by component number
    • Creates a csv file for easy sorting and filtering
  • Endorsement Records Download
    • Authorized users can run a report that displays all users with ESOL, Gifted, and/or Reading add-on endorsements
    • Creates a csv file for easy sorting and filtering
  • Add multiple users to a security group at once
    • Allows users to be added to an existing security group by pasting email addresses
• May 7, 2018:
  • Upcoming events page - loads much faster
  • Portfolio page - updated look, tabs split into separate pages, loads faster
  • Cloning certificates now available - Portfolio > Certificates > Action > Clone or Portfolio > Certificates > Reconciliation > Clone Certificate if already reconciled & verified
  • Endorsements added - shown when adding/editing/cloning a certificate
  • Sending email to registrants now available - Managing Events > Action > View/Email Registrants or Editing Event > Sessions > Action > Send Email
  • Survey 5 - 2018-19 now available as Survey Version choice when adding/editing event
